| Abstract: | This is the four of a series if four issue briefs synthesizing the results of the Hispanic Dropout Project. It focuses on the need to clarify existing policies that affect Hispanic youth and to improve the communication of these policies to stakeholders. The brief offers five recommendations for states and districts with regard to policy as well as a tool for states and disticts to evaluate their current methods for communicating policies, cunstructing accountability measures, implementing programs and targeting resources. |
