The purpose for this webinar was to provide an in-depth look at the Supplement, not Supplant Guidance. Zollie Stevenson, Director, SASA, OESE and Richard Smith, Acting Assistant Deputy Secretary and Director, OELA, gave opening remarks. Millicent Bentley-Memon, Education Program Specialist, Title III Grant Group and Susan Wilhelm, Group Leader, Policy Coordination Group, SASA, OESE and Title I delivered the presentation. Sandy Brown, Program Analyst, Policy Coordination Group, SASA; Sam Lopez, Senior Education Program Specialist, OELA; and Ron Petracca and Kay Rigling of the Office of the General Counsel assisted as panelists and responded to questions submitted by participants.
